“I recently went to the State Fair to get acquainted with the finalists of the Big Tex Choice Awards. Amazingly, we got to try them all and with all the salty, savory food we started to look for some dessert to balance out our palate. That’s when we stumbled on a stand that advertised cake balls. Yup. CAKE BALLS. We were all pretty full, but still wanted to try them all. I mean, when you’re presented with the choice of Snickers, Oreos, Butterfinger, Cinnamon and Sugar, [Fruity] Pebbles, or Cherry Glaze it’s pretty hard to single out the best flavor. I ended up getting their 3 most popular ones: Snickers, Butterfinger and Pebbles–It was just pure awesomeness.
If you’re looking for something different, keep your eyes peeled for Beckett’s. I’m sure you will enjoy their cake balls as much as I did”

I met Daryl Beckett at the State Fair of Texas back in 2013. He has been providing great service and Gourmet Fair Food to the Military and their families at the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base in Fort Worth Texas for the past 6 years at our 4th of July Celebrations. He participates in the MWR events as well as the Exchange events serving Sausage dogs in his unique batter, Jumbo Mozzarella Cheese sticks and Fresh squeezed lemonade. Our Soldiers and Exchange associates love his food. He is always a pleasure to work with and has an outstanding personality. We look forward to Daryl providing great service to the military and their families on July 4, 2019 and into the future..

Graduation Party
There is nothing better than having an amazing party planner and chef at your most significant emotional event! My son graduated from college and Daryl made this event memorable! He served 70 guests. He was a great host chatting with people as he prepared his food. The people moved around him sampling food as he explained his food items. The fries (Poutine) with his secret sauce was a hit… people are still talking about it! His sausage dogs and jumbo Mozzarella on a stick, people loved, I will definitely hire him again.
